Yahoo Announces onePlace
posted in Apple News |

Billed as a “revolutionary mobile content management solution,” yesterday’s launch of Yahoo’s onePlace approached bookmarking with mobiles in mind.
Focusing on updated content rather than a fixed page and tailored to your location, preferences and your friends activities, onePlace has re-contextualised bookmarking for the small screen.
Expected to launch in Q2 2008 the RSS, FriendFeed and Delicious mashup looks to be a win for Yahoo still reeling from their narrow escape from Microsoft’s monopolistic clutches.
