Bluetooth File Transfer for Apple iPhone 3G

posted in Apple News |

We’ve all had our grievances with our most loved/hated Apple iPhone 3G. There is no cut and paste, a weak camera, the tight lock on new developers, and so on and so forth. But thanks to the helpful people of the internet we’ve overcome yet another one of those pesky limitations to this fantastic device.

A development by MeDevil has managed to lift one of the most annoying disadvantages of the iPhone, Bluetooth file transfer. As seen in the video below, the user is able to transfer files between an iMac and also another mobile handset.

Of course this is in no way approved by Apple and if you wish to install it, your iPhone will have to be jailbroken for unofficial applications.

This app is scheduled to be released soon by Cynthia and once installed your iPhone will be able to transfer files with any other device that is enabled for Bluetooth file transfers.
