Here’s a great app for your iPhone that we have been loving for keeping in touch with our friends and family overseas. Truphone is a fantastic voice over IP application which lets you call overseas phones for really great prices. You can also call other Truphone, Skype and Google Talk completely free.

Other features include Twitter account use and tracking of the statuses of all your contacts.

The app works over Wi-Fi and also your regular data connection with your carriers. If you’re using it over those data connections just make sure you know what you’re getting into for your data limits.

This Blackberry app is perfect for all you tweeters out there who are looking for a better way to use their Blackberry with that huge social networking site.

According to TweetGenius, up until they came along there had been no adequate Twitter app for effective integration with the Blackberry OS. But now there is!

This is no wimpy Twitter app as it includes a great search function, user tracking, customization of Tweet updates and most importantly it works smart and not hard so your battery doesn’t get drained quickly.
