Pictures have leaked of the sweet new Sony Ericsson G705. Sony is expected to make more official announcements of the phone in the coming weeks, but the trusty internet has given us a bit of a head start.
Some highlights of the camera include GPS and also like the C905 this model comes equipped with . The camera isn’t the most amazing piece of equipment at 3.0 megapixels and no autofocus. But it’s a minor drawback to an otherwise wicked looking phone.
This Sony Ericsson slider model is going to be just another addition to SE’s already power house of a mobile phone line up.
Check out the pics!

Need some new bling for your set-up? How about a Christian Dior Mobile Phone?
Pictures of this new luxury phone has been released and it shows off its clamshell form and it’s beautiful touch screen. Details are sparse at the moment but if the touch screen is any indication of the technology this may be a desirable phone.
It will sure be easy to carry around as your wallet and purse will be around $3,500 to $5,000 USD lighter when you have it.

The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, which can be seen being used by none other than Batman(!) in the blockbuster monster “The Dark Knight,” has slowly been revealing itself to the internet.
Nokia hasn’t made any official announcements but there recently have been leaks of new photos and specs for the Nokia 5800. It highlights it’s Quad-band and Edge capabilities along with its beautiful touch screen interface.

So far the only surprise is that this phone won’t be a part of a XpressMedia series but will be in the XpressMedia series.
I just can’t wait to use my Nokia 5800 to foil The Joker’s schemes. I wonder if it comes with the bat utility belt?

The
3G iPhone has lit a fire under Canadas carriers with Bell and Telus said to be considering a move to GSM technology.
The news comes as music to the ears of Canadians consumers who have had
see-soaring fortunes with the lone provider of
3G and GSM (with partner Fido) within Canada.
The question now is whether the projected cost of such an update, between $360-480 million will entice the carriers to jump into WCDMA or HSPA technology to compete for flashier, higher functioning handsets or leapfrog to LTE 4G technology.
We will keep you posted on developments Canucks.

Former Motorola executive Michael Fenger is taking some legal heat from his old employer for taking a job with rival company Apple. He left his former position with Motorola with a hefty bonus given specifically as incentive for not taking any jobs with rival companies. Less than a month later Fenger has found himself as the vice-president of global iPhone sales.
Motorola is taking legal steps to stop Fenger from continuing the job over worries that he may reveal some of Motorola’s secret recipes. If successful Motorola will be able to prevent Fenger from taking any jobs for two years and thereby hopefully making all of his trade secrets null.
Motorola here needs to get in for long fight and make sure to stake their place on this position. They don’t need to lose anymore ground to the iPhone juggernaut. Get ready for a legal royal rumble.

North American - especially ATT- customers should be happy to know that the HTC Touch Diamond has been given a bit of a tune up by
XDA Developers and will now be able to broadcast live on the
GSM 850MHz frequency.XDA developers have released a new cellular radio ROM which enables the
HTC Diamond to function on the GSM 850MHz band, greatly improving one of the setbacks of this great phone. More coverage and more use!
This new firmware development is going to make the HTC Touch a much more attractive buy for North Americans wanting to get the early jump on the North American release. It will also mean that its formidable opponent Apple’s 3G iPhone will have a even stronger competition.
Which one are you going to choose?
