Apple iPhone iCopy App Screenshot

Everyone wants it, and thank to iCopy now they can have it. Preston Monroe has released freeware that allows you to copy and paste on your iPhone.

Though only functioning on Safari, iCopy uses a javascript bookmarklet that lets you copy and paste text and URLs between windows or even email URLs and text.

Essentially you save a bookmark to iCopy, then with the aid of instructions on their website, then edit it, and from thence forth you can call up the bookmark and perform one tap copy and paste.

If you’re a little confused or ready to get down and dirty with Apple iPhone email spam you can download the freeware here and in the meantime enjoy the video.

St Patricks Day LG Rumor phone

LG Rumor Official St Patricks Day Phone

As Irish as green Guinness, the new LG Rumor is Sprint’s official phone for the upcoming St Patrick’s Day and is sure to have other networks marketers green with envy.

Come March 17th if you’re not ankle deep in a March 18th hangover you’re not really trying but you can always over-compensate by investing in a two year contract for this Irish beauty.

The cynical little beastie features such St Patrick’s Day required features as GPS navigation, so even if you miss the parade you’ll still make the after-party, QWERTY keypad, because typing under the influence can lead to Burroughs-esque genius, 1.3 Megapixel camera, soft enough resolution that your own memory may well match your camera’s ability to capture it, and microSD memory expansion, just in case your own recollection is not so sharp.

Best of all for our closet alcoholics, the LG Rumor is non-bleached, comes in recyclable packaging that is 70% waste and ships with pre-paid envelope to encourage recycling, so when you lose your phone in a ditch at 3am, you’re part of the solution and not the problem.

Apple iPhone Firmware 2,0 Jailbroken

iPhone Firmware 2.0 Jailborken Screenshots

Is the Apple iPhone Firmware 2.0 Jailbroken already? Is Apple even trying anymore? Screenshots have emerged suggesting that the limited beta release to testers has already met its jailbroken ends.

Only released this month to limited number of testers the beta versions of the iPhone’s forthcoming firmware, slated for June release, the jailbroken firmware opens the prospect of users installing applications outside of Apple’s guidelines, and allow the prospect of bypassing Apple’s iTunes App Store.

From hackers post: “This image shows screenshots of apps running on the 1.2 firmware, which requires a dev certificate to do normally, although none have yet been issued. The jailbreak currently only works with hacked activation, meaning it won’t work with AT&T iPhone’s yet. However, come on, this is like 2 hours ago it happened, you AT&T folk won’t be left in the cold.”

Viva la iPhone!
