With $100 million in iFund money up for grabs the iPhone tom-foolery abounds including this 3D Virtual Reality Head mount from Box Fab.
Taking advantage of the iPhone’s accelerometers to interpret head movement into the Virutal world, and using “special close-view depixelization flat optics turn the iPhone screen into a 3 dimensional window into another world” the idea definitely has its attractions.
With a tentative price set at $200 for the concept device this may well be a keeper if not for the difficulty of manipulating the multitouch functions in such a device, otherwise it’d be virtually unstoppable.

In words that have shaken Starbucks franchises to the core, Ericsson CMO Johan Bergendahl has characterized WiFi hot spots as becoming as irrelevant as telephone booths.
With mobile broadband growing faster than mobile of fixed telephony in a few years HSPA “will be as common as WiFi is today,” he said.
While there are some obstacles to negotiate between there and now such as price, coverage and availability and the competition from companies such as Meraki that intend to blanket entire cities in WiFi, the indications are that your Mocha WiFi breakfast may soon be a thing of the past.

Women tend to be emotional sometimes, but “emotional” does not always mean sadness, it can easily turn a delicate innocent lady to a hulk.
A woman from China, who owns a cell phone store with her husband, had taken her frustration beyond the normal meters to burn more than 400 handsets after getting dumped by her husband. She gathered all the cell phones they had on stock and set them on fire inside the house. The burned mobile phones have valued for more than 300,000 yuan (about $42,000 of 27,500 Euro).
So guys , if you girl friends/wife shows any indications of anger such as green skin, place your cell phone in a safe place. Take your brother’s advise.

In January 2008 the number of Chinese mobile phone subscribers reached over 555 million an increase of 18.9% for the year, and nearly double the population of the US.
The statistics provided by China’s Ministry of Information Industry, if credible, added that mobile users sent 54.64 billion SMS in January alone and mobile users now account for 41.6% of the country’s population.
Though Chinese customers pay approximately 80% less than US users their monthly investment still equates to around 7% of their annual salary and with the American population at 300 million, it’s not hard to see why manufacturer’s are keeping an even stare on this emerging market.
